The Acting National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, Nafiu Bala, has pledged to lead the party with integrity, wisdom, and dedication.
He said he will work tirelessly to strengthen the party, promote unity, and advance its collective vision for a better Nigeria.
Bala said this in his acceptance speech after he was endorsed by the National Executive Council, NEC and stakeholders of the faction of the party as its Acting National Chairman.
“As your Acting National Chairman, I pledged to lead this party with integrity, wisdom, and dedication. I will work tirelessly to strengthen our party, promote unity, and advance our collective vision for a better Nigeria,” he said during the meeting in Abuja on Monday.
He listed his leadership focal point to include, “To strengthen our party structures as an institution, enhance internal democracy and inclusivity, promote policy deployment and implementation of party’s resolutions foster strategic partnerships and alliances with any group of individuals who extend their hands of friendship to us and to build a strong, vibrant, and effective leadership team.
He thanked the party’s National Board of Trustees, BoT, Members, National Excutive committee, NEC, and some State Chairmen who were present and 2023 Gubernatorial Candidates of the ADC for his endorsement.
“I assure you of my commitment to collaborative leadership. Together, we will build a stronger, more united, more prosperous, and effective political party in Nigeria,” he added.
“Let us work together to achieve our party’s objectives and build a brighter future for our people and our dear Nation.”
