It was God that told me to become a polygamist – Actor Yul Edochie reveals.
Popular Nigerian actor and filmmaker Yul Edochie, has restated his commitment to polygamy as he claims that God directed him to it.
The Nollywood actor made this known via his Instagram page where he revealed that he wouldn’t relent on his plans of keeping multiple wives as it was his destiny.
He provided scriptural backing for his stance and said that it didn’t matter that people did not understand him as it was his life.
Yul added that God had provided the grace for his wives to understand and live in harmony with him.
Recall, months ago Yul had suddenly announced he had another family but this was not well received by his first wife May Edochie who had rejected his attempts to include her in his polygamist home.
Yul wrote:
l’m a very proud Polygamist.
With my full chest.

The bible acknowledges Polygamy.
It is my destiny.
God directed me to do it.
So I can give my son a proper identity.
Therefore it came with many blessings, Blessings for me, blessings for my wife Queen May to calm her down cos as a human being she’ll definitely not be happy about it, and blessings for my wife Judy as well.
I’m a very solid man of God.
With so much grace.
You may not understand my life and say negative things about me, I won’t blame you.
It’s my life not yours.
So you’re not supposed to understand it.
