In a recent statement, popular Nigerian singer, Oniyide Azeez better known as Zinoleesky finally clears the air on his relationship with colleague, Mohabd.
Zinoleesky during an interview with City105.1FM on the show tagged “City Cafe” hosted by OAP Melody Hassan said Mohbad is not is friend.
Recall that Mohbad and Zinoleesky were both signed to Marlian Records owned by popular Nigerian singer Naira Marley in December 2019.
However, the relationship between Mohabd and Naira Marle went south, as the “Imole” crooner accused his boss of being after his life and later left the music label and by extension released a diss track for Naira Marley who in turn claps back at him with a song dubbed, vawulence.
However, when the host asked Zinoleesky on having friends in the music industry, the “Kilofese” hitmaker responded that he doesn’t have friends in the industry as most of his friends are outside the music industry.
Melody Hassan, the show host further questioned his friendship with Mohbad, reacting to the question, Zinoleesky utters that Mohbad is his guy and doesn’t sees him as friend.”
In his words ” Mohbad is my guy, but I can’t say he is my friend like that. people that I call my friend are those that are very close to me not people I know or stay together with, we are not friends like that.”
Not stopping, replying to ordeal Mohbad faced before leaving Marlian Records, Zinoleesky said he never feels to say anything about it as he claims not to be the one that really like to his personal stuffs online. He noted that he believes social media can help in some in some cases but not real life.
