A video of secondary school students singing and dancing to hit song, ‘Rush’ on assembly ground has gone viral online.
The hit song, Rush, was released as Nigerian superstar, Ayra Starr’s debut single on 16th September, 2022. It charted worldwide in 2023 after going viral on TikTok.
In the video surfacing online, the dance took place during the school morning assembly. The school where the spontaneous party occurred was identified as Itohan Girls Grammar School, somewhere in Edo state.
The video was shared by a user, @goodys_glow_and_spa, who said she is in the school for her industrial training, IT.
The clip showed the students singing in loud voices as they completely nailed Ayra Starr’s ‘Rush’ as if they had done a rehearsal before the assembly time.
No one could stop them as it appeared their teachers were also enjoying the entire show. The number of students on the assembly ground is not yet known, but it appears that the entire school gathered there.
